Why isn't my ordering going thru?
We know it's frustrating when you go to place an order and it won't process. The most common cause of this is billing address that doesn't match your credit card company's address on file. Is there a warranty?
We stand behind our GreenStalk Vertical Planters with a warranty that ensures our planters won’t crack or fade for at least 5 years. If you encounter any problems, simply send us photos of the issue to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will happily replace the affected piece(s) at no cost to you.
What's your return policy?
We are committed to every customer having the best growing experience possible. If you aren’t loving your GreenStalk garden, we’d like to know so we can make it right.
We are so confident that you will love growing with GreenStalk that if you are not completely satisfied with your planter, send it back for an exchange or full refund less return shipping within 90 days of purchase.
Contact us at email@example.com for a Fedex Return label at a flat rate cost of $25 for large boxes (with blue or green stamp) or $15 for smaller accessory boxes. Please note perishable items such as seeds and fertilizer cannot be returned.
If you would like to cancel an order, please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do out best to cancel it before it gets sent out. If the order has already been processed it may not be able to be canceled.
Can I get a price adjustment for a current sale?
We understand that it's frustrating when you purchase something online only to see the price change a week later. We do price adjustments on request for orders placed on our website within 2 weeks of a sale. Please go here to request a price adjustment. Please note that we do not refund for shipping promotions or clearance items.
How can I learn about sales?
We always send our best promotions to our email subscribers. You can subscribe here. We send about 2-4 per month and will never spam you. We also post giveaways and sales to our Facebook Page.
How much does shipping cost?
We ship to the lower 48 for free on orders $150 or more after discounts. Orders less than $150 or to HI and AK are charged a discounted shipping rate through UPS. Canadian orders are charged a discounted rate that includes duties and taxes.
Where do you ship to?
We are currently shipping within the US and Canada.
How long will my order take in transit once it has shipped?
We ship directly from Knoxville, TN so surrounding areas may receive their order in as few as 1-2 business days whereas people on the west coast or with more rural addresses may take up to 7-10 days to receive their order. We ship almost everything via Fedex Home Delivery or UPS Ground.
Can I get my GreenStalk faster?
If you are on a time crunch let us know - we'd be happy to help in any way that we can. Since the GreenStalk ships in a large box, it's not cost effective to pay expedited shipping.
How long does it take you to ship my order?
Our average order processing time is 1-3 business days. During big sales or busy times of the year it may take a bit longer. We have a small team, but we do our best to get your orders out as quickly as possible. The banner on the top of our site will display the most accurate shipping information.
How does shipping to Canada work?
We are thrilled to offer shipping to Canada again! We are able to ship your order via UPS Worldwide Expedited to get your order to you faster (7-10 business days from date of shipment). We charge a discounted rate at checkout based on the actual shipping charges, duties and taxes on your order. Canadian orders are shipped on Fridays with a same-day shipping cut off of 9am EST. Please note that we cannot ship fertilizer or seeds to any address outside the 50 states.
