Why isn't my ordering going thru?
We know it's frustrating when you go to place an order and it won't process. The most common cause of this is billing address that doesn't match your credit card company's address on file. What free gifts do I get?
Depending on what you order, you may get several free gifts! Every order regardless of size, will get a free seasonal organic, non-gmo seed packet. In fall and winter months, it will be a cool weather vegetable. In spring and summer, we switch it out to a warm weather edible. In addition to a free packet of seeds, if you order a GreenStalk Vertical Planter, you will receive a sample of our favorite fertilizer, Tomato + Veg. It's a great way to add nutrients to your garden. For every GreenStalk Vertical Planter you buy, you will receive one sample with no limit.
Is there a warranty?
All of our GreenStalk Vertical Planters come with a 5 year warranty from date of order. We will happily replace any broken or faded pieces within those 5 years at no additional cost to you. Just send us a photo of the issue along with where you purchased your planter to email@example.com
What's your return policy?
We didn’t get in the gardening business just to sell awesome planters! We are committed to every customer having the best growing experience with our planters. If you aren’t loving your garden, we’d like to know so we can make it right.
We are so confident that you will love growing with GreenStalk that if you are not completely satisfied with your order, send it back for an exchange or full refund less shipping within 90 days of purchase.
Can I get a price adjustment for a current sale?
We understand that it's frustrating when you purchase something online only to see the price change a week later. We do price adjustments on request for orders placed within 2 weeks of a sale. Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to request a price adjustment.
How do I earn Green Beans?
We offer a simple rewards program. 1 Green Bean = $1 in the GreenStalk Store. You can sign up here. You'll get Green Beans for making purchases and sharing on Facebook. You'll also get a birthday bonus! Once you earn 10 Green Beans, you can start redeeming your Green Beans for store credit. Be sure you are signed in during checkout for Green Beans to appear in your account.
How can I learn about sales?
We always send our best promotions to our email subscribers. You can subscribe here. We send 1-2 per month and never share your email address with anyone. We also post giveaways and sales to our Facebook Page.
Where do you ship to and how much does it cost?
We can ship anywhere in the United States (APO, HI & AK included) for free on orders $150 or more. Orders less than $150 are charged a discounted shipping rate through the Post Office or UPS. Due to the cost of shipping outside the U.S., Canada is always $60.00 flat rate per box. Shipping elsewhere in the world would cost anywhere from $100-$150 per box and is not available thru our site. When will I get my order?
We ship directly from Knoxville, TN so surrounding areas may receive their order in as few as 1-2 business days whereas people on the west coast or with more rural shipping addresses may take up to 7-10 days to receive their order. We ship almost everything via UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail. Orders to Canada and P.O. Boxes will ship via the Post Office. We recommend not using a P.O. Box as a shipping address so you can get your order faster.
Can I get my GreenStalk faster?
If you are on a time crunch let us know - we'd be happy to help in any way that we can. Since the GreenStalk ships in a large box, it's not cost effective to pay expedited shipping. If your order is less than $150 you will have the opportunity to select your shipping service at checkout. We may upgrade your shipping selection for no additional cost to get your order to you sooner.
How long does it take you to ship my order?
Our average order processing time is up to 3 business days. During big sales or busy times of the year it may take a bit longer. We have a small team, but we do our best to get your orders out as quickly as possible!
How does shipping to Canada work?
We will ship your order via the United States Postal Service. The estimates for delivery dates are usually 7-10 business days. However, the package will have to go thru customs and they can hold it for longer if they choose. If your order requires multiple boxes, we will split the order and label what's in each box to make it easy for customs to check. Unfortunately, due to variables in shipping we cannot guarantee delivery dates to Canada. Brokerage fees and taxes are to be paid by the buyer.
